Position Responsibilities Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of private market investments, including capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, funding activities, and cash movements. Review, validate, and process complex investment transactions while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Perform portfolio reconciliations and investigate operational exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting, including commitments, funded capital, NAVs, distributions, and portfolio exposures. Partner with investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, finance, and external managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of investment activities. Monitor operational risks, identify control gaps, and support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
