Position Responsibilities Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of private market investments, including capital calls, distributions, investment fundings, expense payments, reimbursements, and other cash movements such as tax payments, management fees, and interest payments. Request, validate, and coordinate complex investment and cash transactions, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation, approvals, and compliance with established operational controls. Manage and monitor fund and investment cash activity, including bank account balances, incoming and outgoing wires, internal transfers, and deal fundings. This includes monitoring LP/GP capital call receipts and processing distributions across various bank accounts. Coordinate wire activity and payment processing, including preparation of wire directives, verification of payment instructions, and adherence to segregation-of-duties and approval controls.
