The Senior Insurance Specialist is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams; thus, we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed. Position Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with bank staff, including branch managers, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with bank branches to achieve sales targets for insurance products. Develop strategies and action plans to drive sales growth. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products to the bank partner’s existing customer base. Handle customer queries and issues related to insurance products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in policy servicing activities, such as policy renewals, claims processing, and addressing customer complaints. Perform other tasks as required.
