As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO, you will lead the strategy and performance of our organic search channel, driving qualified traffic and lead generation through search engine optimization, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our organic search roadmap, conducting technical and content audits, and continuously optimizing our presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search and answer surfaces. Reporting to the Directors of Performance Marketing, North America, you will play a key role in shaping brand visibility, influencing customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business results through Lightspeed's non-paid marketing channels. Your contributions will be instrumental to the continued growth and success of the business.
