We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Global Technology team at MGS and provide technical leadership for the global unification of NetworkGuardian, which is a home-grown tool for automating a series of network security related processes. This role will own solution design and hands-on engineering across the application stack, helping consolidate regional implementations into a secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable global platform. The successful candidate will combine senior full stack engineering expertise with strong technical leadership, clear communication, and a pragmatic delivery mindset. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, information risk management, network security, product, operations, and business stakeholders across regions. Position Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the NetworkGuardian unification roadmap, from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Design, build, review, and maintain end-to-end capabilities across the Python backend, Angular web application, MongoDB data layer, Power BI dashboards, Azure AI services
