We are looking for a (Senior) Finance and Accounting Manager to be the backbone of our day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of accounting, billing, and process improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all key financial operations, including preparatory accounting (vorbereitende Buchhaltung), spend management and client invoicing, across all our bunch entities. We’re looking for someone who can rock accounting but has expanded (or wants to further expand) into financial generalist topics and take on more responsibility across the finance function. In your role, you will have direct exposure to the full finance function of a fast-growing fintech. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and will have the opportunity to grow
