In this role, you will drive technical excellence, shape impactful products, and play a key part in how we grow and operate engineering at scale. You will work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where people leadership and engineering quality go hand in hand. What the role involves Hire, lead, and develop a team of engineers — including tech leads, software engineers, and QAs — who report directly to you Ensure growth and development for all team members through coaching and mentoring, regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews; identify and remove roadblocks and distractions
