Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Director, Royal Distinction is accountable for anchoring and acquiring Direct Investing's most profitable and strategically important clients across Canada. Leading a team of approximately 55 full-time employees, this leader drives ~$6.5 billion in new annual volume growth, and services clients holding a combined ~$85 billion in assets under administration. This role is critical to our One RBC strategy, with direct accountability for integrating Wealth Management Canada and Direct Investing client relationships and delivering an exceptional, differentiated client experience that sets RBC apart in the self-directed industry.
