Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Director-Head of CNB Wealth Business Architecture is a senior leadership role within City National Bank (RBC) Wealth Technology, reporting directly to the Head of CNB Wealth Technology. The role is responsible for leading the CNB Wealth Business Architecture organization, with approximately 30 professionals, and driving the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of technology capabilities that support City National Bank’s Wealth Management business. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to CNB Wealth business leadership, bringing deep Wealth Management industry expertise and a strong understanding of the products, platforms, workflows, operating models, and client experiences that underpin a modern wealth management organization. In addition to the functional leadership responsibilities, the individual will serve as the Head of Toronto for CNB Wealth Technology, providing local leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational oversight for the Toronto-based CNB Wealth Technology community.
