Job Description What is the opportunity? Lead the Chief Control Office as a 2nd line of defense assurance team reporting to the CFO Group. You'll elevate RBC's financial reporting control environment and strengthen operational risk stewardship across the CFO Group. In this role, you'll drive strategic implementation of operational risk and regulatory compliance programs, partnering with 1st line teams across Enterprise Controllership, Tax, platforms, and COO. You'll combine subject matter expertise with people leadership, directing a team of specialists to embed systematic, disciplined risk management practices that enhance the effectiveness of controls and governance across CFO Group operations. What will you do? Lead CFO Group through Operational Risk program transformation as launched by GRM, including development of implementation frameworks, project plans, guidance, training delivery, and design of systems and tools as required.
