The Senior DPM is responsible for producing consistent new deal underwriting which analyzes, presents and ultimately mitigates risk for any new credit that is being recommended for approval by US CRE. The position is ultimately accountable for all material presented throughout the loan origination life-cycle, in Prescreen and Loan Presentations. The Senior DPM will work in close collaboration with their assigned Client Management Regional Head, Market Leads and Group Heads, Asset Management team and their Debt Products Team Lead in various capacities, throughout the loan life-cycle.
