This role will be responsible for providing legal support to BMO Global Asset Management’s (BMO GAM) manufacturing of retail and institutional investment products, including the BMO Mutual Funds, BMO Exchange Traded Funds, BMO AM Pooled Funds and alternative products. You will deliver expert and experienced legal support to BMO GAM’s Canadian business, operations and corporate affairs, with a focus on its investment fund manager and portfolio manager, including: creating new products with a focus on mutual funds, ETFs, pooled funds and alternative products maintaining existing products drafting documents, including prospectuses, annual information forms, offering memoranda, material contracts, constating documents, regulatory applications and filings in support of the creation and continuous distribution of BMO GAM’s products drafting and negotiating agreements, including investment management agreements, sub-advisor agreements, dealer agreements and subscript
