To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As part of the Global Operational Risk Management (GORM) team in the 2nd Line of Defense, you'll help strengthen the quality and consistency of control testing completed by 1st Line Business (1B) teams. As a QA Specialist, you'll conduct independent reviews, validate testing outcomes, and identify opportunities to enhance testing quality and effectiveness. You'll provide clear guidance to business partners, support consistent application of internal standards, and contribute to a strong risk culture across the bank. Your work will help advance CIBC's risk management objectives and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
