As a Senior Consultant, Competitive Search Enablement, you’ll lead the design and delivery of recruitment enablement programs, talent engagement events, and candidate marketing initiatives that support long-term relationship building. You’ll translate our Financial Advisor acquisition strategy into compelling leader activation plans, signature events, and personalized engagement approaches that build credibility and momentum in the market.
