As Senior Business Transformation Lead , you will convert complex, cross-functional business problems into scoped initiatives that are delivered, adopted, and measured — bringing PMO discipline where needed, though the primary value of the role is transformation leadership rather than project or portfolio administration. The role sits within Business Transformation as the primary execution lead for priorities that cut across functions, ownership areas, or operating models — priorities that would otherwise stall for lack of a clear owner. You will also help mature a fit-for-purpose Transformation Office, building portfolio visibility, prioritisation cadence, governance rhythm, and delivery standards.
