Job Description What Will You Do? The Senior Associate / Vice President will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of financing and advisory mandates and the management of deal workstreams, including: Transaction Execution & Workstream Management Supporting and/or leading the day-to-day execution of project finance and advisory mandates, including managing timelines, deliverables, and workstream sequencing from mandate through closing Coordinating workflow across internal teams (coverage partners, product partners, syndications, corporate banking) and external service providers (legal counsel, rating agencies, independent engineers, insurance advisors, environmental consultants) Determining task sequencing and allocating assignments to analysts and junior associates on deal teams; establishing clear deliverable expectations and deadlines Reviewing and providing feedback on work product prepared by junior team members, including financial analysis, due diligence summaries, credit risk assessments, project summaries, rating report summaries, and market alternatives Overseeing the preparation and refinement of client presentations, information memoranda, and financing documentat
