Job Description & Summary As a Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business challenges across the full project cycle – from diagnostics of finance processes to the design and implementation support of automation solutions. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as a key member of cross-functional internal and client teams, delivering finance transformation projects covering budgeting, cost/separate cost accounting, management reporting, and related policies and procedures Perform diagnostics of clients’ finance functions and FP&A processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and develop practical recommendations and target FP&A models Translate business requirements into functional specifications for finance automation solutions (ERP/EPM/BI), and support their implementation Advise clients on finance-related matters and design solutions that address complex challenges Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, including CFOs and finance leadership, consistently delivering high-quality client service Manage, coach and review the work of junior team members o
