Job Description What is the opportunity? The successful candidate will join the Solutions Enablement Team which has been created to support advisers to open cash accounts for existing RBC Brewin Dolphin clients. This team straddles two worlds, RBC Brewin Dolphin and RBC WME and is critical to the integration of these entities. With significant firmwide targets, it is crucial that we develop a team to support the onboarding process and continue to make enhancements to ensure the client experience is truly world class. As a Senior Associate, the successful candidate will drive excellence in service delivery, offer mentorship to colleagues, and work to optimise operational processes. This role requires the ability to juggle tasks and would suit someone who has a strong problem-solving skillset and is looking to flex their leadership skills. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements. What will you do?
