Job Description What is the opportunity? The Structured Products plays an integral role in supporting the firm's key strategic client initiatives across Capital Markets. Working Hours : 9.00AM -6.00PM What will you do? Internal RBC collaboration to collate and prepare data analysis for Sales & Structuring Desk Head for management review Streamline the workflow on the pricing and execution of Structured products for FICC and Equity offering. Limited to structuring support only No client-facing activities What you need to succeed Must Have Solid understanding of derivatives and options markets, including pricing, risk management, and ability to structure basic option products Deep knowledge of at least one market segment: Structured Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equity, or Quantitative Investment Strategies Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments 3-4 years of related working experience Nice to have Programming experience in Python, C++, Java, or equivalent languages, in addition to VBA Understanding of basic pricing models and quantitative methodologies Proficiency with automation tools, including AI-enabled solutions Experience designing and implementing autom
