Job Description What is the opportunity? You will provide in-depth product support within the Derivatives Confirmations Group, covering Commodities and/or FX/FX Options. Your primary focus will be trade confirmation and static data management to mitigate operational risk between RBC and its counterparties. You will ensure confirmations are issued, verified, and resolved in accordance with Standing Order requirements. The role also involves daily interaction with Trading, Sales, and internal partners to resolve inquiries and support business activities. What will you do? • Draft and issue trade confirmations in accordance with Standing Order Policy • Review RBC-prepared confirmations against counterparty documents to ensure alignment on economic terms and legal agreement provisions • Investigate and resolve confirmation discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues to Front Office, Documentation, or Legal as required • Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Review and action regulatory reporting obligations to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies including CFTC and ESMA • Apply maker-checker controls for static data setup and updates, including verifi
