Working with internal teams and third-party partners, the role uses data, performance metrics, and industry knowledge to improve service delivery, optimize inventory strategies, strengthen controls, and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitor daily card production, personalization, collateral printing, inventory, and fulfillment activities to ensure service levels, quality standards, and timelines are met. Oversee and manage inventory for card plastics, chip modules, chip milling/embedding, and collateral for credit and debit card production and fulfillment; prepare projections and forecasts for dailies and reissues to ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time. Analyze production volumes, inventory levels, forecast variances, order trends, and service results to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities. Track external partners performance
