To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You'll Be Doing Our Payments team plays an important role in delivering accurate, timely Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing and exceptional support to our clients and partners. As an ACH Operations professional, you’ll monitor daily ACH file activity, resolve exceptions, and process items such as reversals, deletions, returns, rejects, and corporate and consumer disputes. You’ll respond to client inquiries and research requests, while working closely with internal partners and external financial institutions to address processing issues efficiently. You’ll also contribute to policy, procedure, and training material development to help improve team effectiveness and service quality. In addition, you’ll support audit and compliance activities, particip
