It will also strengthen the bank's risk and control oversight and give leadership timely, reliable information. You'll own features from start to finish, work directly with audit stakeholders, and see your software change how the organization manages risk.

· Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema changes.
· Build real-time, collaborative features.
· Integrate with enterprise authentication, storage, and other platform services.
· Write and maintain automated tests, and uphold code-quality standards.
· Review code, mentor developers, and promote best practices.
· Work with audit stakeholders, analysts, and QA to turn business needs into working software.
· Diagnose and fix production issues, performance problems, and technical debt.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
· 2+ years of professional software development, including 1+ years of full stack JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue/Nuxt (or a similar framework) and Node.js/REST APIs.
· Strong SQL skills with a relational database (SQL Server preferred).
· Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
· Experience with containerized deployment, CI/CD, Git, and code review.
· Familiarity with enterprise authentication (OAuth2/OIDC).
Nice-to-have:
· Experience in financial services or another regulated industry, ideally with audit, risk, or compliance applications.
· Experience building real-time applications and meeting accessibility standards (WCAG).
· Experience with cloud services and enterprise integrations.
· Experience using AI coding assistants in a development workflow.

· A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
· Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
