As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for Full-Stack Software Development i.e. building modern, cloud-based, and AI-enabled applications that help Manulife make decisions easier and lives better. You will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable and secure enterprise applications while integrating AI capabilities into business workflows. The role partners closely with engineers, product owner, cross-functional technology teams, risk and security partners, and business stakeholders to build secure, reliable, user-focused, and production-ready applications using modern engineering practices across the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC). Position Responsibilities: AI-Enabled Application Development Design, build, and integrate AI-enabled and Generative AI features , following security, responsible AI, and enterprise governance practices. Lead practical AI application patterns including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, model evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows for text-heavy and data-intensive enterprise use cases .
