We are looking for a driven and innovative AI Developer to join our Health AI Squad at Manulife Asia based in Singapore/Hong Kong. As part of our AI and Generative AI initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing , and deploying advanced AI solutions that strengthen our health ecosystem across Asia. Your work will focus on building Health AI capabilities such as intelligent health insights, medical knowledge retrieval, personalized customer and advisor experiences, preventive health engagement, provider and clinical data understanding, and responsible GenAI solutions that support better health outcomes and more proactive customer care. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with Data engineers and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand source data and utilize large datasets to prepare and optimize data for building Gen e rative AI solutions using Open AI services to enhance our products and services and scaling it globally. Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to address complex business challenges, leveraging various algorithms and techniques, with a specific emphasis on utilizing Open AI services for building Gen erative AI solutions
