Reporting to the Program Planning Manager, this role will be responsible for integrated planning, scheduling, and performance analysis across a Well Delivery sustaining capital portfolio of approximately $300 million annually. The Senior Advisor will partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop executable plans that align scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and business priorities, providing forward-looking analysis, scenarios, and recommendations to improve execution certainty and portfolio performance. The Senior Advisor, Program Planning & Scheduling will also lead planning and scheduling practices, promote consistent governance, and improve processes through standardization, automation, data integration, and advanced analytics.
