Security Delivery Senior Manager

The role
You’ll lead delivery of security services for clients in Kuwait, running SOC, threat detection and response, and security operations programs from start to finish.
You’ll draw on Accenture’s global delivery network (methods, tooling, accelerators, talent) and adapt it to what clients need, whether that’s a bank working to CBK cyber resilience expectations, an energy company protecting critical infrastructure, or a government entity aligning with national cyber security requirements.
You’ll be the person clients trust when delivery gets complicated, and the person teams look to for decisions.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber defense and operations engagements, owning scope, quality, risk, and outcomes
- Build strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders so goals stay aligned as programs evolve
- Run delivery governance across multiple teams and workstreams, and resolve issues that cut across them
- Raise the bar on delivery quality, using QA practices to catch problems early and keep service levels consistent
- Keep improving how we deliver, cutting waste, improving speed, and making operations more efficient
- Coach and develop team members, building a culture where people share knowledge and grow
- Review outcomes after each engagement and turn the lessons into better approaches for the next one
- Stay on top of threat trends, regulatory changes in Kuwait and the GCC, and emerging practices, and bring them to clients before they ask
What you bring
- Deep, hands-on experience delivering security services at scale, with strong command of delivery governance
- A track record of leading large, multi-team security programs and making calls under pressure
- Strong advisory and influencing skills, comfortable challenging senior client stakeholders when needed
- Solid grounding in security quality assurance
- Working knowledge of Splunk SIEM operations (a strong plus)
- Experience in the GCC market and familiarity with regional regulatory expectations
Preferred certifications
- CISSP or CISM (at least one)
- PMP or equivalent delivery/program management certification
- Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin
- Nice to have: CISA, CRISC, GCIH, or GCIA
