Security Delivery Manager

The role
You’ll lead the delivery of security services for clients in Kuwait, with a focus on SOC planning, design, and build-out. You’ll draw on Accenture’s global delivery network (methods, tooling, accelerators, talent) and tailor it to Kuwaiti clients, whether that’s a bank standing up a new SOC, an energy company monitoring critical infrastructure, or a government entity working toward national cyber security requirements. You’ll manage the delivery team day to day and make the calls that keep programs on track.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery of SOC and security operations engagements, from planning and design through to steady-state operations
- Manage and guide your team, making decisions on priorities, resourcing, and approach
- Track progress against plan and make sure delivery stays aligned with client goals and compliance requirements
- Spot risks early and put mitigation in place before they hit timelines or service quality
- Solve problems that cut across teams and workstreams, working closely with other delivery leads
- Bring fresh ideas to how we deliver, using automation, better tooling, and proven approaches from our global teams
- Run regular team check-ins and knowledge-sharing sessions so learning spreads fast
- Gather client feedback and use it to sharpen our services
What you bring
- Strong, hands-on experience planning and building SOCs, including operating models, use case development, and onboarding of log sources
- Solid working experience with Splunk SIEM operations
- Good grasp of delivery governance, including reporting, risk management, and quality control
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and client stakeholders alike
- Experience in the GCC market and familiarity with regional regulatory expectations
Preferred certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or GCIH (at least one)
- Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Nice to have: CISA, CRISC, or GIAC SOC-related certifications
