As part of our SAP team, you will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver impactful SAP SuccessFactors Talent Managemen t solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative services tailored to evolving business needs. What you will be doing: Actively participate in SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities). L ead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management workstreams, with a focus on Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Succession & Development (S&D). Facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Configure , test, and deploy PMGM and Succession & Development modules according to business and best practice requirements.
