Job Description & Summary In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. About your manager Martin Janečka , an experienced Project Lead who’s spent years navigating the world of management consulting—turning complexity into clarity, and (occasionally) making spreadsheets behave. My core playground is project delivery, SAP HR products (especially SuccessFactors), and everything around payroll processes—yes, I actually enjoy that part! Outside of client workshops and project timelines, you’ll most likely find me downhill biking in the mountains rather than relaxing on a beach. I’m a big fan of rock and metal music., And I also share life with two energetic kids (9 and 3), which is probably my toughest—and most rewarding—project so far.
