About the Role Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) professionals to join our SAP practice. This role is suitable for SAP professionals with strong functional expertise across SAP HCM, HR business processes, payroll, time management, personnel administration, and HR technology transformation. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, business, and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP HCM solutions that improve HR operations, workforce administration, payroll processing, and employee services. Key Responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, S/4HANA transformation programs, rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and application support engagements. Gather and translate HR business requirements into SAP HCM process designs, functional specifications, and system configurations. Configure and support SAP HCM capabilities across areas such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Personnel Development, and related HR processes.
