Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA and ECC transformation initiatives for global and Japanese clients. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, configure SAP systems, support testing activities, and drive successful project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in one or more SAP functional modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, or SuccessFactors , with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions while collaborating with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Design Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions. Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap assessments.
