SUMMARY: Sanitation is vital to efficient and high-quality production. This position involves daily cleaning of RMC’s, cooker and cooker parts, fines savers, DMM and any other equipment or parts that may need cleaning. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP and safety regulations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work in a safe and sanitary manner Follow and understand the “Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures” Keep accurate and correct records Clean the following equipment: RMC , cooker and cooker parts, fines savers, DMM and any other equipment or parts that may need cleaning Animal feed accountability Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and neat work area See Physical Demands for weight requirements All other assigned duties QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
