Manage incident triage and technical support for Salesforce production issues. Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades. Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals. Performing System Maintenance and Seasonal Release (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations) Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite) Amenable to work in night shift Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
