We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team based in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, and adjustments, all the while supporting the local Paris sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
- Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
- Process hardware shipments.
- Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
- Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.
