Position Responsibilities: • Serve as a member of an inbound and outbound phone-based team focused on driving new roll-in assets for John Hancock. • Educate 401(k) participants on the benefits of consolidating their retirement assets into their John Hancock 401(k) account. • Support new and existing 401(k) participants throughout the roll-in process, including obtaining authorization on rollover paperwork and contacting plan providers, plan administrators, and third-party administrators. • Qualify opportunities and follow up on outstanding cases. • Work directly
