The Rotating Equipment Inspector works in conjunction with Site Technical Engineering to provide Rotating Equipment assurance to the Area Production Team. The Inspector is responsible for first point of contact for troubleshooting of rotating equipment issues from maintenance and operations, including non-business hours. The Rotating Equipment Inspector reports to the unit Technical Unit Supervisor. Generally, the Rotating Equipment Inspector manages short-to-medium term rotating equipment topics in the production team such as Intelatrac responses, operator instructions, maintenance instructions, Maintenance Execution (ME) Notification responses, MTBR metrics, 5-Why Failure Cause Analysis, MOC PSSR field assurance, execution of proactive technical monitoring, development of repair scopes, and general day-to-day operating business.
