ABOUT THE ROLE
Hi, I'm Karen Salmon https://www.linkedin.com/in/karen-salmon-6a3719119/, the U.S. Insurance Lead here at Jane. I've been with Jane for over two years and lead a small but mighty team supporting U.S.-based clinics through the real, day-to-day complexities of insurance billing.
Our work is all about helping clinics get paid accurately and on time. We collaborate closely with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to remove friction, clarify processes, and advocate for our customers.
We're launching our first-ever internship program on the US Insurance team, and this is where it starts. As our Revenue Cycle Management Intern, you'll work directly alongside our senior billers, learning the real mechanics of medical billing while helping us keep pace with a growing customer base.
