Shell is seeking a Retail Site Assurance Advisor to join its team in Calgary. The purpose of the role is to provide independent assurance across Shell's Company Owned retail network in Canada, with risk and assurance responsibilities extending to other business channels and locations as required, strengthening business controls, minimizing losses, supporting compliance, and enabling resilient business performance. Key Accountabilities Retail Site Assurance & Auditing Provide on-site assurance coverage across Company Owned retail sites throughout Canada. Conduct scored, sample-based audits of service stations to monitor Retailer compliance with company requirements, operating procedures and business controls. Assess the effectiveness of site-level controls and identify financial, operational, inventory and compliance risks. Document audit findings, provide clear feedback to Territory Managers and District Managers and recommend proportionate corrective act
