Job Description & Summary About the role Location: Flexible across SEE; preference for Zagreb, Belgrade, Ljubljana Business unit: Consulting Level: Senior Associate Join PwC’s growing Retail, Consumer & Digital Consulting practice in Southeast Europe. You will support clients on commercial, operational and digital transformation challenges across retail and consumer industries. This is a client-facing consulting role for candidates who can structure problems, analyse data, develop recommendations and independently manage project workstreams - not solely a marketing, reporting, PMO or digital-execution role. What you’ll do Support projects across commercial strategy, digital and AI, customer experience, e-commerce, omnichannel, supply chain and operating-model transformation. Own defined workstreams from analysis and hypothesis development through client-ready recommendations and implementation planning. Conduct market, customer, performance and digital-maturity analyses.
