We are seeking an experienced HR Governance Advisor with expertise in resolving workplace misconduct through formal investigations or alternative resolution methods, including matters involving harassment, violence and discrimination. The successful candidate will also support respectful workplace initiatives by monitoring applicable legislation, delivering training, managing non-medical accommodation requests, assessing and mitigating risks related to personal relationships and conflicts of interest, and reporting on overall program effectiveness.
