POSITION SUMMARY The Department of Equity, Ethics and Policy is seeking a Research Assistant 1 to support the research project exploring how clinical investigators critically assess and interpret evidence for early-phase clinical trials. The project aims to identify the key factors that inform risk-benefit analyses in early-phase trials and contribute to the development of evidence-based frameworks for decision-making. The successful candidate will join a collaborative research team and assist with qualitative research activities, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and research coordination.
