Under the supervision of Prof. Gergely Lukacs the Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting laboratory research activities, including: Cloning, mutagenesis, expression and membrane and chimeric proteins Quantitative Immunoblotting, Co-IP, cell surface ELISA and interactome. Transient and stable expression of heterologous proteins and their characterization. Tissue culture proficiency of non-polarized and polarized cells. Confocal and light immunofluorescence microscopy, quantitative colocalization studies. Weekly progress report preparation, lab meeting attendance, and contributions to the smooth operation of the lab are expected.
