Description The Regulatory Administrator II is a fully onsite, customer-facing role responsible for supporting international flight training students and airline clients while ensuring compliance with M-1 visa regulations, SEVIS requirements, TSA regulations, and Homeland Security guidelines. This position serves as a key point of contact for students throughout their training journey and requires strong customer service, compliance, and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for M-1 international students and airline clients. Advise prospective and current international students on admissions, enrollment, course registration, immigration status, visa-related matters, employment considerations, and adjustment to life in the United States. Present new student orientation sessions and support student integration into flight training programs and life in the United States. Manage and maintain student records within the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), including the issuance and processing of Form I-20 documentation.
