About the Role We’re recruiting a Regional Training Lead to support our manufacturing operations across Northern Victoria, based at our Cobram site. This is a highly influential role focused on training governance, competency assurance and compliance risk. Working closely with operational leaders, you will help shape workforce capability, drive accountability for training outcomes and ensure training investment is focused on reducing operational, safety and compliance risk.
