Job description The Regional Support Manager, Estate and Trust has pan regional responsibilities and provides leadership and operational oversight to the support professionals serving the Greater Ontario and Atlantic (GOA) and Quebec Areas Trust business. Reporting to the Regional Director, Trust, the Regional Support Manager leads, coaches, and develops the Trust professional support team and helps ensure the consistent delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality support to Trust Officers, internal business partners, and clients. The role supports the achievement of GOA and Quebec Trust business objectives by strengthening team capabilities, managing capacity and workflow, improving processes, reinforcing risk and compliance practices, and enabling an integrated, high-touch client experience.
