The Regional Regu latory Compliance Lead - Americas supports the Global Regulatory Compliance Managers for both CAE SimuFlite and CAE SimCom in maintaining compliance with FAA Part 142 requirements and related Air Agency Certificates. This role helps safeguard regulatory approvals and supports compliance across assigned areas of responsibility. Key responsibilities include: Serve as a primary regulatory compliance contact for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other applicable National Aviation Authorities (NAAs). Provide regulatory guidance to Flight Operations, Sales, Courseware, and other departments, consulting with the applicable Global Regulatory Compliance Manager as needed. Ensure the regulatory compliance of training records systems within assigned areas of responsibility and implement changes required to maintain compliance. Lead investigations into potential compliance violations and implement corrective actions as required to restore and maintain regulatory compliance.
