Job Description Description Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist professional supporting training center operation. In this role, you will help implement and maintain a robust quality management system, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and local auditors to promote a consistent, high-quality compliance culture across multiple locations. Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance (QA) and compliance monitoring system across training centers in South, Central, and North America. Actively participate in QA audits across CAE Dallas training centers and other training locations throughout the Americas. Establish and oversee local QA auditor teams, as needed. Plan, coordinate, execute, and document site Quality/Compliance audits to ensure adherence to: Civil aviation authority regulations Applicable contractual requirements Relevant customer requirements Maintain records of completed audits, non-conformances, and corrective and preventive actions.
