Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale, covering civil and structural works, MEP, fit-out, testing and commissioning, and handover. Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management, and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes. Manage major capital portfolios of up to US$2 billion, with accountability for commercial controls, variations, claims management, and cost outcomes. Direct integrated project teams of approximately 10-20 staff, coordinating delivery environments with peak site workforces of up to 1,000 personnel. Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical data centre equipment. Coordinate effectively across clients, consultants, contractors, data centre operations teams, supply-chain partners, and Singapore statutory authorities. Drive programme recovery,schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration where delivery is tracking against baseline commitments.
