Collects Samples and perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods dairy food products in accordance with established guidelines. Ability to apply and interpret results Perform microbiological/bacteriological sampling and testing of dairy food products in accordance with established guidelines.
