Metallurgist - Superintendent Barrick is looking for a Metallurgist - Superintendent to join to our Processing team. This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing the safe, efficient, and sustainable execution of the Metallurgy function by providing strategic direction for metallurgical operations, metal accounting, process control, continuous improvement initiatives, and related projects. Ensure the integrity of metallurgical data, optimize plant performance, and drive operational excellence through effective leadership, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Main Key Responsibilities Lead the metallurgical test work strategy required to support the Process Plant and Water Treatment circuits, evaluating the performance of metallurgical circuits under different operating scenarios and providing technical recommendations to the Process Plant Technical Services Superintendent and Operations Superintendents, including Growth projects (Flotation and Pre-Oxidation).
